Job Description:

Developing HR planning strategies with line managers by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements.
Interpreting and advising on employment legislation; develop and implement policies on a variety of workplace issues e.g. disciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions, performance management and equal opportunities
Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
Analyzing training needs in conjunction with line managers; planning and delivering training, including staff inductions.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and make recommendations to Employee Relations: point person for all staff regarding HR matters.
Facilitating employees in all matters
Manpower planning and placement of new inductions.
Conduct full cycle of employee recruitment by job advertisements
Conduct Orientation of newly hired employees
Shortlisting applicants for interview using a variety of selection techniques administer payroll and maintain staff records
Coordinating in probation assessment evaluation
Reference and Documents verification.
Payroll processing and analysis.
Complete documentation process
Keeping record of newly hired employees
Perform other multifunctional tasks as required
Conduct Exit interviews and generate report
Complete all necessary documentation on employee’s resignation/termination. I.e. prepare final settlement of accounts, clearance/ Experience certificate etc.
Dealing with Social security & EOBI related matters.
Supervision of Attendance Management
Leaves Record Management
