Job Description
Smartchoice.pk is a fast growing fintech startup working with financial institutions and insurance companies to modernize the way consumers buy/apply for financial products.

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious person to join our energetic team. Ideal candidate should have a degree from reputed university with experience of 1+ year working in relevant capacity.

Following are the main responsibilites

Define and own product roadmap and strategy
Own the roll out of new enhancements including monitoring and operational challenges
Coordinate directly with end customers to gather product feedback
Enable on-boarding of new partners/clients and all ongoing communication with them
Coordinate directly with Marketing team to ensure product promotion and traction
Achieve growth objectives including user base, market share, revenue, profit and return on investment
Regularly conduct in depth analysis of user experience on all channels and define areas of improvement that directly impact conversion rate, sales and growth
Effectively communicate strategy with relevant stakeholders
Explore new business opportunities to grow demand side of the business and  any product enhancements that may be required to meet such objective
