Irtifa Group is building Pakistan’s first 5-star hotel ‘Montviro’ with an amusement park and shopping mall in Islamabad. We need sales representative who have prior real estate marketing and experience

Job Description

·Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

·Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

·The Sales Executive is responsible for developing sales targets and strategies with the help of the sales team and then overseeing that these targets are met.

·You must report to the Sales Manager with all progress, keeping them updated on the progress of the staff and the completion of sales targets.

·A Sales Executive must use their initiative to source new clients. This includes following leads, visiting potential clients and giving sales presentations.

Other Skills and Qualifications:

·Fluent English speaking skills

·You must have strong interpersonal skills and communication skills

·Should be professional and presentable

·You must also have good customer services skills to deal day-to-day with all inquiries and cultivate relationships with future clients.



*Candidates with real-estate sales experience will be preferred
